A new year.

Significant events:
  • I got engaged over the christmas holidays. Mark and I have been dating for a little over 2 years and yes I was aware that he had been planning on proposing to me on Christmas. I just wasn't aware what he had been planning since he picked up the engagement ring without me realizing and would make secretive trips to his parents.   • So after failed attempts in the job market, I've decided to place my career on hold and focus on finishing up school. I officially have 7 classes left until I receive my associate's and since Mark has a steady income he gave me the option of staying home which is what I'm going to start doing. My goal is to get the rest of the classes done this year because we're planning on a March or April wedding next year and would rather not worry about school and the wedding at the same time.

  • On Thanksgiving, I got a new camera. Unfortunately its not a SLR like I've been wanting the past 2 years, but its a major improvement from my old one. I previously had an Olympus 3.2 MP and now I've upgraded to a Kodak 10.2 MP with auto-focus, better macro settings, and pretty other nifty features that I can't wait to try out.

    the only problem i found was that you have to order quantities that will probably be much larger than the amount you need. you just have to find the right printer. i found mine online, but can't seem to find the link.
